Participation

Work is voluntary. X actions and engagement metrics never earn XP or rewards. HR reviews original in-app creative and operational contributions.

Rewards

Points are not a promise of payment. Rewards require a separate manual decision. Payroll approval, exports and payment records are managed by admin.

Privacy

Your connected X @handle and profile picture are visible across The Office, including the Break Room, rankings and any published payroll cards. Pictures load from X’s image service. They refresh when you reconnect X. Custom Office names are no longer used.

X identity and payout destinations are kept to the minimum needed. If you submit a reply link, we query X to check its author and target post against your connected account and task. The link, identity references, check result and timestamp are stored for you and authorized HR staff to review. We do not automatically like, repost or reply for you. Full payout addresses are private and never shown on public rankings or payout cards.

Conduct

No spam, deceptive coordination, harassment, scams, or unsafe links. The Break Room accepts text and valid X links only.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we count visits using a random browser identifier and page paths, without recording sessions or message contents. Detailed events are retained for 30 days and daily totals for one year. Use Privacy choices to change your preference. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent optional tracking.

HR and admin can view traffic totals and operational counts. Staff presence shows authorized colleagues who were active in the HR desk within the last 15 minutes. It does not show what they were reading.
